"The location is ok, just took us 10 mins to the centre of city. However, we felt really disappointed with the service. In the first day, counter staff suggested us some tours, and we didnt buy it due to the cheaper tour that we found in other information center. The staff's reaction was pretty impolite, and she total ignored us in the following days. Also, they didnt clean the room and even didnt changed the towel that we put on the ground. They mentioned that if we want to them to exchange towels, just need to put towels on the ground, we did it, but they didnt change. They even dont resupply sugar bags and tea bag.
In the last day, we want the staff helped us to call taxi, however, the staff ignored us stand there for a long time, and just continue talked with her friend. Besides, the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. Wont choose this hotel any more if we have chance go to Cairns again." - Anonymous |
