Location
Located beside Derwent river, overlooking marina at New Town Bay. 20 minutes from Hobart airport, 3 1/2 hour drive to Spirit of Tasmania terminal at East Devonport.A quiet corner tucked away on the banks of the River Derwent - its so peaceful that its hard to believe you're only minutes away from the main highway into historic Hobart. A short drive or bus ride from the door - explore the city - Sullivan's Cove and the small boat docks, Salamanca Place, galleries, museums - all only a ten-minute drive away. Drive another 15 minutes and you're at the top of Mount Wellington and looking up the Derwent valley, across the river to the hills and bays of the south east, and down the river to the ocean.

Rooms
Motel style accommodation, kept clean, refurbished in 2001. They have tea/coffe makers and a microwave, as well as electric blankets.

Restaurant
There is no restaurant at the premises, however breakfast is available. Nearest restaurants: Cornelian Bay Boathouse (in next bay round on the river - about 2 mins by car), Maypole Hotel - Newtown (about 3 mins by car), Cooley's Hotel - Moonah (about 4 mins by car).

Highway A1 von der Stadt kommend, am Brooker Highway entlang bis zur Ampel an der Risdon Road. Biegen Sie dort rechts ab (falls Sie von der Stadt kommen!) und fahren Sie weiter an der Risdon Road - 500 Meter bis zum Hotel. 22 Kilometer vom Flughafen entfernt.
