"This hotel is nearby nothing - need a cab to go anywhere and face the notorious Bangkok traffic. The front desk was nice until they realized my other guest was Thai, and suddenly they had a very bad attitude. This must be because everything in the hotel was way overpriced - from bottled water to the bakery outside, you pay 15 times over the normal price. And, being that the other guest was Thai, they knew I would not purchase these things. I had an event at this hotel, so it served that purpose, but would not stay here for vacation. Food is wonderful in every restaurant. Just around the corner are the shopping stalls into Pratunam market and right infront is the Platinum mall where the walking overpass is just a few meters away.
