"I love the design of the Blacket Hotel in Sydney. Very contemporary and elegant. Overall, our stay was good. The rooms are nice and clean. However, I would like to point out a few things that could be improved on. First when we checked in, the foyer/reception was so warm (heating) that it became quite unbearable. Then when we got into our room, the television was faulty but the hotel staff was very good in replacing the television with one that works. It was a quick service too. As for the breakfast menu, I'm afraid it is not the best as some bees are also flying over the preseved fruits. The food does not look very fresh too. These are a few things that the Blacket Hotel Sydney could improve on." - Anonymous |
