"Very slow service at reception. Drab bar area and poor service from bar staff, bar snack menu falling to pieces.
Hotel rooms ok." - Mick Fisher

"Great views of Canary Wharf. If you don't know the area, reasearch it as there are loads of restaurants and cafes all over the place where you don't have to pay the earth. Also some very nice ones if you have an expense account!
Only negative was the bed. One side was particularly soft, so much so that you could feel the springs, but the other was fine. " - Anonymous
