"Broadway Mansions should be re-rated to 2 star status.
Despite the fact that the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, it is extremely difficult to believe that the levels of service or standards of cleanliness will ever improve. Nobody in the organisation seems the slightest bit interested in their guests. Never again!!" - martin LEWIS

"Our taxi driver could not find the hotel from the address on the booking confirmation. He took us to a place that looked like it had been ravaged by fire or been through a nuclear holocaust. When he finally rang the hotel he was directed to a back entrance around the other side of the building in a different street.
The staff were fine, the position on the river was super, but the hotel a little jaded.
In it’s heyday it would have been an excellent place to stay.
