"We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and unfortunately, we, and our colleagues that stay there with us, experienced problems. Our room was not serviced well .. we had to repeatedly ask for things such as coffee, shampoo, etc. Also, we had problems with night staff - rudeness and lack of coutesy for their guests. I realize Edmonton is probably suffering and is experiencing difficulties finding good staff, however, this last stay has resulted in us, and our business colleagues, searching for a different hotel for our next business trip to Edmonton.
