"As we had not stayed at Crown Towers Melbourne since it first opened we were very interested in whether it had changed and if so for better or worse. In our view it has changed for the worse. Some of the concierge staff are very good others will not make a move when you approach the doors, a big change to what it was like. Reception staff are very efficient and officious. Breakfast was where we noticed the biggest difference, Hot food wasn't, dry hard and overcooked sausages, hard pancakes ,bad service had to find a staff member to ask for a cup of tea. In all brekfast was overpriced for what you got. Not a hotel we would go back to. " - Elizabeth beecroft
