"The lighting in the rooms and corridors was dull. I felt that the service was very impersonnal for a 4* hotel.In fact it felt like no one knew you were there!. When I checked in they told me nothing of any service or facilities, not even where the breakfast was!. I found 5 euro for a pack of smarties in the mini bar a total rip off (didnt buy mind you!). When I checked out they were really suprised I had taken no breakfast, not suprising to me at 19 euro per person!" - Anonymous |
