"The hotel is very well located within the CBD with a short walk to the Mall, eateries and bus exchange. However, we would have appreciated casual bar/dining within the confines of the hotel. Accommodation was roomy, but carpet and furnishings were looking "a little tired". The laundry facility was very welcome. Reception staff were pleasant, efficient, very helpful and obliging.
