"Staff were very helpful especially with letting us put our bikes in the left luggage room. There is a new building being built inbetween the Goodearth & the Swan River and I think this will ruin the otherwise lovely views. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay." - Martin Moloney

"The hotel staff were very helpful and the location is good; the top floors have a small balcony with a view of the river. The rooms could use renovation, but the amenities were present and worked -- the room even had a toaster and dinnerware. However, the parking situation is dreadful -- no on-street space to load and unload, and extremely limited parking that requires you to get an access device from the front desk before you can park." - Robert Cunningham
