"Should be advertised that the hotel is in "old Shanghai". Room was good - again very dirty carpet in rooms and hallways. Concierge staff excellent. F&B staff terrible! Rude and disinterested. No-one spoke english and couldnt care less. Food was shocking and falsely advertised - eg "ham" was some kind of strange tasting polony. Overall, the hotel was OK for the price - just dont plan on eating there. " - Anonymous |
