"The bathroom was full of hair from previous clients. The shower door never closed properly, so we ended up with a lot of water on the floor. It was mention that we will have parking, but because we arrived late at night, all the parking vouchers were given, so we ended up looking for parking in pouring rain, close to midnight. Breakfast room was big enough to accommodate all the clients, but the food was in one small corner and we waited in line for our turn, looking at some leftovers and empty plates. For the price we paid we were very unimpressed with the hotel." - Ana-Maria Mera

"The location of the hotel is superb for looking around Salzburg - right in the middle of the old town and only a few steps from the castle. Hotel staff were extremely friendly / helpful and the breakfast was really good by 'European standards'. The only negative was that our room was slightly small and that the hotel didnt claim to have any double duvets.... All very minor points as we were only using the hotel as a base.
Would definately stay there again in the future." - Robin Foxall
