"The staff are very eager and willing to help. The only problem is that their level of English is VERY basic, so we had to repeat ourselves quite often. For a 5-star hotel, the staff needed to be more flexible and attentive e.g. anticipating guests' needs. Maybe I'm too harsh, coming from the service industry myself.
