If you are flying in from Hamilton Island Airport you will need to connect with Fantasea Cruises who will be at Hamilton Island Airport on arrival. If you are arriving by train or plane from Proserpine(Whitsunday Coast or Proserpine Railway station) then you will need to catch a Whitsunday Transit Bus or Taxi and asked to be dropped off at Shute Harbour. From there you will need to check in at the Fantasea booking office for your boarding passes.

"We arrived just after a storm and the resort was in disarray but it could have been cleaned up a lot quicker. also we aould not reach the island until 3 pm due to their jetty not been accessable in rough seas which meant we missed the lunch that was supposed to be included in the price and the man on reception was distictly rude in his attidude.we would not reccommend this resort " - Angela Byrne |
