"Very happy with the service at this hotel. We booked a basic business class room for $160AUD online. When my husband and I arrived, we had unfortunately been placed into a room with two single beds! (newlyweds!) The staff were very quick to fix the problem, and we were moved to another room - the best room in the hotel (superior class apartment) as it was the only other room available, for no extra charge! We loved sitting on our balcony watching the busy streets below. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The location was fantastic, very close to all the best restaurants and pubs in Adelaide. Will be staying at this hotel again next time we visit Adelaide. " - McLean Edwards
