Relax in our luxurious five year old modern spacious open plan guesthouse featuring beautiful timber floors throughout and designed specifically with our guests in mind.

Set on 20 hectares of habitat protected Australian bush land on the crest of Mount Cotton. We have kangaroos or wallabies, koalas, possums, goannas and a myriad birds. We are 1.2km from a bushland flora and fauna National Park (Venman's Reserve) and you can reach the Daisy Hill Forest and Koala Centre by taking a bush walk from Venman's or opt for a short drive. During rainy periods our creek flows and cascades beside the house over the many small waterfalls. You can see and hear the creek from many points in the guesthouse.

We are 30 minutes from the city and 7 minutes from the Hyperdome shopping centre. A 20 minute drive will get you to the ferries and water taxis to the Bay islands The Hyperdome Transit centre provides a great bus service accessing the city or Surfers Paradise on The Gold Coast.

The upper level features a large lounge room, dining, music and piano area and spacious galley kitchen opening onto the covered outdoor balcony or deck set high in the treetops, where guests can feed the birds each morning or enjoy a drink and chat with us in the evenings.

Take the Pacific Highway from Brisbane or Gateway Bridge and M1 from the Airport and drive approximately 25 kilometres South and take exit 30 (follow The brown TOURIST DRIVE signs )ie the Cleveland - Redland Bay turnoff via Beenleigh-Redland Bay Rd (Just past the Logan Hyperdome) proceed through two roundabouts and keep right at the second then take a left at the traffic lights and turn into California Creek Road, then at next junction turn left and again at the next junction taking West Mt Cotton Road for 2 k's, we are on the right with yellow wing walls.
