"Breakfast was terrible. 'Hot' Buffet was anything but - we even had to bide out time till a fresh pot of coffee was bought out to get a coffe of decent temparature. we were put into twin room when double was booked. When this was brought to the receptionists attention (who was on the phone to his friend on arrival and didnt stop the conversation when he put the registration card in front of me to complete) he defended himself by showing me the reservation card and said that nowhere does it say that we required a double.
