Ocean Lodge Broome   (AAA-Rated)
Ocean Lodge is situated centrally between Chinatown and Cable Beach. Opposite the Broome Recreation and Aquatic Centre and Cafe. 58 semi self-contained rooms and suites are surrounded by well established gardens. Swimming and toddlers' pools and free use barbecue. Double and twin motel rooms and two room family suites to accommodate up to five people. Air conditioning, TV, telephones, internet access, free inhouse movies, shop and laundry.

"We arrived late and the night manager could not have been more helpful, even helping us carry our luggage to our room. Our only quibbles were:
1. Car parking is insecure and a long way from the room (a major when you are travelling a long way and have lots of cases and boxes).
2. A few inconsiderate guests party late and the noise echoes since all rooms are set around the central pool/grassed area.
However, overall, it was a very pleasant place to stay and I would recommend it." - Jennifer Clark
