"We\arrived early because we had a treatment booked. we asked for early check-in but it still took 2.5 hours (after your 10.00 check out time for any existing visitors) for the room to be available. e were the only ones there asking for early check -in and waiting. Surely they could have sent cleaners to our room first instead of making us wait that long.
Otherwise very good, love the fact that you can stay on and use pool and shower facilities after check-out" - Anonymous |

"As much as I understand that to keep prices down, not replentishing tea and coffee stuff is probably OK. However, in the interest of health and hygiene, I do think that toiletries (i.e. toilet paper) should be supplied regularly. The notice that it isn't could have easily been overlooked.....not everyone reads through the brochures word for word. We were lucky to read that you did not re-supply such things.
