"I read these reviews after booking and was worried but had no problems. The room was OK size for 3 and the bathroom was good. We had wardrobe, fridge & kettle & tea/coffee was filled each day. Kitchen/laundry facilities were good & staff friendly. George St traffic noise is no problem unless you want window open at night. A/C meant we didn't need to even though it was 27 outside. There is a bar underneath but we had no noise from this. Location is on the edge of China Town - 5 mins walk to Darling Harbour, 10/15 mins to Circular Quay. Paddy's Market is literally round the corner.
There are luggage lockers for valuables/late departure - 1 holds 3 cases. Main door is locked at 10 pm but has combination lock for late entry - reception is manned 24 hrs. Cost was approx £450 for 3 for 1 week in April. I would be happy to stay here again. Those reviewers who wanted more for their money should perhaps try 4 star next time." - Caroline Rollins

"Location was close to everything. Pleased with the room and service but they should provide a large towel in the room rather than asking the reception for the towel. It would be less of a hassle. " - Fannilyn (Ann) Noval
