"This is beautifull hotel with large swimming pool in the city location. Supermarket next door with ATM machine dispensing $US. Staff are good. Hotel's Lexus with driver available to guests for airport transfer $8 or for a day. There is lot of other good hotels in Siem Reap. I can recommend this one because I stayed there and would stay again. " - Branko Komlin

"The hotel generally had nice facilities, spaceous rooms, a perfect location in downtown Siem Rep. Breakfast fine, the restaurant dinner not very exciting and a pool-side dinner show / dinner not really worth visiting, but there are an abundance of good restaurants just outside the hotel. So generally good value for the money except for one annoying detail: A glass broke in our room - it must have had a crack, it simply came apart when it was lifted. The hotel charged for this, and I could not find anyone willing to discuss this with me from 4 pm to 8 am the next morning when we checked out. They suggested three times at the reception taht we should Split the cost; onhly when I flatly refused at check out the cashier had to accept removing it from the bill, with my written statement of the reason. So this last minute impression spoiled the picture foir me, so I will probably not recommend the hotel to others." - Anders Joergensen
