"Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Was adequate but a long way from upmarket. My room had a view of a service shaft and staff were unable to find me an alternative for even one night of my three night stay. The ablutions were functional, basic and very small. Location is brilliant but the hotel was disappointing. " - Anonymous

"The breakfast and the situation were very good. Rooms was clean but we have to ask more toalett paper and shampoo. The cleaners didn't bring those automatically. I supposed that in the rooms would have been shampoo, conditioner and bath salt because the hotel have four stars." - Anonymous
