"The smaller rooms have yet to be renovated and in no way match the lobby of the building. Our room smelt like an ex-smokers room with too much air freshener and had black mould around the edges of the shower.
The restaurant was closed 3 days over easter and only substandard "pub food" room service was available.
The security in the hotel is lax also. Housekeeping left our door wide open all day (with valuables exposed) after cleaning it. " - Daniel Morse |
