"We booked a suite on the 23rd floor. a big bundle of flowers was on the table, very nice. However, after one hour a woman opened the door, which was locked, entered the room and took away the flowers. No explanation. At 08:30 a.m. the day after, the telephone woke us up, we were asked what time we planned to check out, we planned to check out just before noon. We were asked if we could check out around 10:00 because an important guest, who arrived earlier than expected needed the room. We refused, but we didn't feel welcome after that. Are not all your guests important? When we checked out we were charged 80 RMB instead of 40 RMB for the mini bar, (One Tsingtao beer 20 RMB and one water 20 RMB) this was adjusted after complain.
