"This is a 5 star hotel so we ad expectations which were mainly met (lovely room, huge bathroom, bathrobes etc however there was no complimentary refreshments eg water, cookies etc, and my biggest complaint was having to pay £25/person extra to use the gym!" - Anonymous |
