"ホテルは新しくとても清潔でしたが、最初にシャワーだけの部屋に通されて驚きました。（５つ星ホテルでバスタブ付きの部屋指定が必要とは思わなかったので）翌日、バスタブ付きの部屋を希望するとSPGゴールドの提示も空しくSPGフロアとは違うフロアのエレベーターから一番遠い部屋に移動させられました。最終日レイトチェックアウトを申請していたにも関わらず、部屋に戻るとキーロックがかかっていました。レストラン「Chambara」やカフェ「Cafe Boulevard」が美味しく接客も良かっただけに、他の対応が残念でした。
