"We booked a room at the Plaza Zum Hirschen last-minute through [your website]. When we arrived we were surprised to find that we had a suite with enormous rooms, including a bathroom with corner tub, radio, 2 sinks and a separate walk-in shower room, a large hallway with double wardrobe, dressing table and safe, a toilet with sink and bidet and a very large bedroom with a bed comprising of 2 full-sized single mattresses, 2 armchairs, table, television, writing desk and minibar. "This was a very nice hotel and the service was wonderful! Every time I went to ask the receptionist a question she was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for its price, location, and service. It was only a few blocks walk from the bus station and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. If you are not sure what to do (or even where to go) the hotel receptionist gave us some ideas that wasn't so touristy and we loved it! The only thing I wish I knew about before hand was that the businesses closed early and remained closed for a while due to the Christmas holiday. I asked the receptionist if we could stay an extra day and we could but the best thing was they added the extra day at the daily rate [Your website] offered it to us. What a great hotel! :)
