"Hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the main sites at the Hofburg. So location wise not too bad. Very disappointed with the continental breakfast as all that was supplied was a croissant or roll.... there was no fruit/yogurts/cereal offered. Male receptionist very helpful when we were trying to book concert tickets. The beds did not have mattresses on them as they were built into the lid of the bed and I found the springs were compressed and the bed very hard. Reception closed at 6pm most evenings and an emergency number left for people. The rooms were apartments which was handy. Other than that the hotel was fine." - Anonymous |
