"One problem, ordered a taxi to avalon airport, expected taxi to know where it was, left a 6 for 8.30pm flight, arrived at airport 8.40, 10 minutes after departure. Taxi driver had no radio, a mobile that had no credit and did not have a clue where he was. My lucky day, plane cancelled, hit by lightening, and jetstar got me home next afternoon. You really have to have a chuckle, it just wasnt meant to be, Your staff were fantastic and had the flight not been cancelled were ready to look after me.
