"First room we (2 ppl) were put into had fake windows: there was nothing but concrete behind the dimmly lit curtains (trying to imitate outside light). We had to insist for hours before they would change the room, and even then it was with great reluctance. Staff at the reception were either extremely friendly or unfriendly depending on the shift. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is situated within quite a walk from downtown but right next to the train-station (which is why we chose this one). The rooms were very spacious and well taken care of. The hotel arranged for cabs even when the city seemed to run short of them and helped out with whatever enquieries we had.
