Location
The resort is metres from golden sands, swaying coconut palms and the warm waters of the Coral Sea. Cairns Beach Resort is located at Holloways Beach and is the closest beachfront accommodation to the Cairns city centre. A regular local bus services the area hourly during the week to go into the city centre or the larger shopping malls.

Rooms
The resort comprises of 73 apartments on 3 levels with stair access. Each unit is self contained to include kitchen and laundry facilities. The apartments are airy and tastefully decorated with a tiled living area and carpeted bedroom. There are ceiling fans as well as an individually controlled air conditioner in the bedroom which cools the entire unit. Each apartment has a balcony and outdoor dining setting.

Restaurant
Available only 10 metres from the resort both the beachfront cafe and Coolums Restaurant offer charge back to the resort. Within 100 metres of the resort, there is a small shopping centre with a supermarket, liquor store, newsagency, take away and Italian restaurant.
