"This was a good hotel that was reasonably priced. It was in the middle of town and only a short walk to Nanjing Road. If travelling now you may find roadworks on Henan Road, which may cause you to get lost if you divert. I suggest you pick up a map from the airport.
The service and facilities of this hotel were good; and the staff speak English. Good for the business traveller or an overnight stay.
Beware of dodgy taxi drivers bringing you from the airport. I was charged Y350 to travel from Pudong to the Hotel; it should only cost Y150 (about $20 USD). Not many taxi drivers speak English, so you may want to use the Chinese name of the Hotel: Xin A'zhou Fandian.
