It is situated in the heart of Phnom Penh city on Monivong Blvd which is known to be the business, shopping and entertainment district.
The hotel is ideally in close proximity to many local attractions such as the historical Central Market, Sorya Shopping Center, Wat Phnom Penh Temple, National Museum, Independent Monument and the Royal Palace, Bus/Boat Terminal, Government Ministries, Embassies, NGOs and other interesting sites.
Driving toward from Phnom Penh International Airport to the East through Russian Boulevard for around 10 kilometers then turn right on Monivong Boulevard for 2 kilometers more to the North. There, New York Hotel is situated on the left hand-side which is closed to SPK Photoshop.

toilet a bit small with the cover falling on your back, when you sit on it.
breakfast has vey limited choices.
security features ok including the lift which requires electronic card coding.
staff and frontdesk employees are friendly.
housekeeping service, efficent.
threadbare towels in the bathroom.
bathsoaps, the size of your thumb!
