"The rooms in this hotel are getting fairly shabby. They were also quite small and a little musty. The service was OK but not exceptional in any way. The parking spots were amongst the tightest and most difficult to access I've seen - don't try to get anything other than a small car into them. "In the past this has been my preferred hotel to stay in when visiting Sydney however with curdled milk in the fridge , cookies not replaced each day , a cold shower the day we were departing and that there was a problem with the lifts necessitating us to use the staff lift and when I reported this problem to the desk clerk his response was "Did you use the bar fridge ?"" - Kerry Rae |
