Drive 22 km/20 minutes north of Cairns on the Cook Highway. Set your odometre so that you will know when you are almost there. When you see the sign for Cairns Tropical Zoo on the left, the turn off will be one minute further on the right. Turn right into Veivers Road, go to the Esplanade, turn left, go one block and turn left again into Harpa Street. The Reef Retreat is the second building on the right, 10 – 14 Harpa Street.
