"Great hotel close to Paddington Station. Room was bigger than expected and a welcome surprise. Staff were friendly and provided very good service." - Anonymous

"Excellent value for money (we paid £77 in mid June for a duplex room which would sleep five), perfectly acceptable despite a few bits that were tatty and under-maintained, but for that money in London we have already stayed more than once. Excellent brekkie too, good selection and pleasant staff." - Anonymous
