"We were very impressed with the service that we received at the Shangri-La Hotel all the staff that we came into contact were extremely friendly and welcoming. We would ddefinately look to stay at their other hotels across the world when we next travel." - liz smythson

"We would appreciate mugs or larger cups for a cup of tea.
We were informed the restaurant was open when we checked in but found out later it was closed on Sunday nights. Only the buffet restaurant was open.
Prices of bar fridge items is ridiculous--$10 for a bottle of water-- when 2 bottles of the same water could be bought for $3 downstairs." - Anonymous
