It's one of the few 5 star hotels in the CBD that seem to have their air-con worked out. Quiet and efficient. Rooms are very comfy, staff are great. Only downside I can think of is noisy room doors, when early-birds head off you can hear the doors down the hall. I will be back for sure." - Anonymous |

"Great location for shopping and sightseeing in Sydney. Friendly staff, very comfortable beds and pillows and quiet air conditioning. Very important for a good night's sleep! Would definitely stay here again. Loved the foyer all decked out for Christmas and despite the hotel being very busy with functions, weddings and Christmas parties, the service from staff was quick and cheerful. " - Anonymous |
