From Heathrow:- Take the Piccadilly Line (underground train) to Gloucester Road or South Kensington. Then change to the Circle Line (underground train) to Bayswater Station. Get off at Bayswater Station, turn right outside the station, walk to the top of the road, turn left and take the second road to your left off Bayswater Road (which should be Queensborough Terrace).
From Gatwick: - Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station. Then take the Circle Line (underground) train to Bayswater Station. Get off at Bayswater Station, turn right outside the station, walk to the top of the road, then turn left and then take the second road to your left off Bayswater Road (which should be Queensborough Terrace).

"There were building works around the reception area which gave a poor first impression. The internet access was poor - I could not reconnect after restarting my laptop in the morning so got very little use of what was a very expensive facility.
There were beetles which could have been cockroaches in the bathroom and there was what looked like a bloodstain in the bath.
The plumbed in hairdryer in the bathroom was broken although a regular hairdryer was provided.
