"We were not impressed with the cleanliness as the room had not been vaccumed and the room was right next to the lift. I complained about both these issues and the room was vaccumed that night and we were relocated the next night after I continally expressed my displeasure.
We also had trouble at the restuarant when we wanted to make use of their special offer for dinner. Initially I was told it was a lunch offer and only upon returning to room and producing the special card to them did they accept my word. I have previously stayed here on 2 occasions and had no trouble but since they have been taken over I am not impressed.
I would think twice about booking with them again as regards service.
However it is in an excellent location and at the moment is being renovated. " - Anonymous |
