"Smallish rooms, very slow busy elevators. Windows restaurant reasonable value but very limited menu.
Location is superb for downtown Toronto although the walk down Yonge Street is not for those of a nervous disposition especially at night, some pretty seedy places.
On arrival we found we had been allocated a smoking room however there was no problem changing it for a non-smoker.
We booked an extra night and were quoted a rate of $149 which we considered to be OK for a Saturday night, when checking a small problem with the Reception staff later we were told there had been a mistake and we should have only been charged $98. We appreciated the honesty.
