Location
Element is located within Coolum Village, opposite to the beach and adjacent to Surf and Bowls Clubs. This property is 11 kilometres from the airport and 10 kilometres from the Yandina Railway Station.

Element offers luxury self-contained apartments and sub penthouses with gourmet kitchens as well as beautifully appointed furnishings. Attentive room service is also available for your convenience.
Restaurant
Guests can relish modern cuisine and seafood delicacies, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, at the on site restaurants.

There is also an architecturally designed heated pool and sun lounge area, for your relaxation. During leisure, guests can indulge in various activities, such as tennis, golf, horse riding and many others that are available nearby.
From Brisbane Airport - Drive north along Gateway Motorway which will continue onto the Bruce Highway. Take the Mooloolaba turn off (after the Ettamogah Pub and Aussie World attraction). Follow signs to Mooloolaba then turn left onto Sunshine Coast Motorway and travel north towards Noosa. (Approx 20 mins. You will come to a Roundabout with sign saying turn right to Coolum Beach.Continue East along that road as far as you can go until you reach Esplanade (traffic lights)...Welcome to Coolum!!! Turn left and just after McDonalds you will find ELEMENT ON COOLUM BEACH - Enjoy your holiday.

"Excellent excellent apartment. We spent a little under 5 hours traveling from Brisbane to get to Coolum (decided to brave it on public transportation) and was really knackered by the time we arrived and the sight of this one bedroom apartment, clean, spacious and utterly elegant interiors cheered us both instantly. Location is a little far out than expected but the seclusion is a good escape away from the usual 'touristey' sites. Service is limited but the reception is pleasant. Very good location to everything from dining to shopping to your corner fish and chips shop! Highly reccomended" - Anonymous |

"We were extremely happy with our stay there - rooms looked even better than they did on the internet. This is unusual as they normally photograph the best room in the house looking its tidiest!
