"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, everyone was very helpful. I mark down facilities one notch only because of the extreme small size and layout of the reception area. Luckily, my colleague and I had gone to check out just prior to literally a shipload of people arriving and queuing up for check-in. Otherwise, it would have taken us hours to check out in a very uncomfortable situation as there isn't even enough room there for forming queues. Later that day, we returned to collect our bags and it looked like another shipload had come in and the same thing was happening. It surprises me that they don't have the facility to pre-print the room keys for these passengers before they arrive. It is especially difficult on the elderly passengers waiting. I would definitely stay again as it is so convenient to the Darling harbor. We were there when the QE2 passed the Queen Victoria for the first and last time, which made it an interesting occasion." - James Clarke
"Amazing views from the room. Very modern. Great quality all round. Staff very very helpful." - george mitchell
