"Rated as 5-star but is really a 4-star. Steam and Jacuzi didnt work and attendant had no interest in fixing them. Leisure centre appears to be sub-contracted to a chain. Room itself very spacious on SPG floor. Concierge staff very enthusiastic but very young and inexperienced.
