"After reading after feedback comments, we were a bit worried about what we had booked into, but we had no problems at all. We were able to leave our luggage in a storeroom 5 hours before we were due to take up residence. We sent an email in advance and received a quick and courteous reply from Julie, the Reservations Agent. We didn't have a view, but as we were out from early morning to late evening that didn't matter - and there was no traffic noise, either.
