"The location is great for Manhattan, right off of Sukhumvit road in Soi 15. Very convenient. Staff was helpful. Included buffet breakfast was good, but same menu every day, so that got a little boring, but still good. The Taxi Valet was not helpful; only caring about how to make money themselves for the hotel. When I asked about how to get to a certain place, they would not tell me where it was, but offered to take me there with a hotel taxi with their usual (high) service fee. This happened more than once. If I declined and needed a regular taxi, they would not even call a taxi for me. I had to get the taxi myself and haul my bags into the taxi myself. There is wireless internet access too, but on a prepaid account, which is standard for most budget hotels there. Besides that and the taxi valet, I liked the hotel very much for its very convenient location and convenient breakfast. I would stay here again when coming back to Bangkok!" - Robert Young |
