Location
Situated on the Esplanade, Mantra Mooloolaba Beach is directly across from the beach, and surrounded by fine restaurants, excellent open-air cafes, and a variety of retail outlets within walking distance. This property is also located 12 kilometres from Sunshine Coast Airport and 15 kilometres from the train station.

The property offers 177 luxurious and self-sufficient one, two and three bedroom apartments, most offering ocean views.

From Brisbane Airport head North on Highway 1 (Bruce Highway), then onto the Sunshine Motorway. Take the Mooloolaba turn-off (Brisbane Road) then follow through to The Esplanade, turn left then follow along to the corner of Venning Street and The Esplanade.

"The furnishings were very shoddy - the squab on the settee in the lounge had been ripped & turned upside down to hide. All fabric on the settee & adjoining chair were grubby & you could clearly see where things had been spilt on them. We requested a late checkout but reception were adamant they could give us no more than 1 hour from usual checkout time - did not appear helpful at all.
