"The location is very good and hotel room is spacious. But it looks quite old even after renovation. In all, the hotel room should belong to 3 star level with a 4-star grand lobby
The reception staff is very friendly but kind of slow. The room service staff is not very good. I need to explain a lot and fight a while when requesting to replace my slippers.
