"I put average for service for one reason.
the staff were very helpful etc. except for, i prepaid the room. I then find out a couple of days later that they had authorised my credit card with $200, which was fine but they do not reverse that amount of money on the day you check out, which means $200 on my credit card is frozen and i cannot use it.
If you pre pay a room, that amount of money will take 7-10 working days until the funds are released back onto the card to use.
I contacted the hotel and they gave me that response. I was a little dissapointed considering i was not informed that this would be the case." - Anonymous |
